Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation fee is $90. If canceled on the day of the service, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the amount paid.

Cancellation Policy - Quick Clean 

Our cancellation fee is $50. If canceled on the day of the service, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the amount paid.

Cancellation Policy - Residential Clean (Recurring Clean)

Cancellation of a recurring service would require 45 days written notice. Cancellation without 45 days' written notice will result in full payment for the subsequent visit.

 

100% 24-hour Service Quality Assurance

1) mangomaids provide a 24 Hr. service guarantee. In the unlikely event, we miss an area or do not clean a section as per your satisfaction, we will resend a team to complete the service.

2) The customer needs to inform the office within 24 Hrs of service. 

mangomaids will not process any refund other than the terms mentioned in the Cancellation Policy.
